• Thanks for requesting a booking! If we have availability we’ll accept your booking, charge the 20% deposit to your credit card and confirm by email.

• If we are unable to accept, we’ll cancel the booking and notify you. No funds will be taken from your card in this instance.

• We aim to process all requests ASAP, within 1-3 hours during NZ business hours, or 1-12 hours over weekends.

• PLEASE ENSURE ENOUGH FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE ON YOUR CARD FOR THE 20% DEPOSIT
